Lexi Ferry-Smith

Manager, Peacebuilding

Lexi Ferry-Smith is Manager, Peacebuilding, working on the foundation’s Transforming Peacebuilding strategy, where she supports grants related to global peacebuilding innovation, field building, and systems change.

Previously, Lexi worked on a child labor prevention program in Ghana’s fishing communities, where she supported a research project identifying systemic factors that contribute to increased rates of child labor trafficking.

Originally from New Jersey, she holds a bachelor’s degree in religion and a certificate in values and public life from Princeton University.
