Angela Kan

As grants manager at Humanity United, Angela provides grantmaking operations, systems, and grant-related analytical support to the HU team.

Prior to joining HU, Angela served as a program associate for the David and Lucile Packard Foundation’s Reproductive Health Program, where she provided programmatic, grants management, and systems support to teams in Los Altos and overseas. Angela has also served as research associate at See Change Evaluation, where she supported a diverse array of nonprofits and foundations with mixed-method and story-based approaches to evaluation. Before relocating from Australia to the United States in 2010, Angela provided monitoring and evaluation support to gender and health programs in South Africa and India.

Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in public health from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, and is currently pursuing a master’s of public administration at the University of San Francisco.
