In 2014, we began a deliberate process to reassess our work, shared beliefs, and strategies, and uncover new perspectives. It wasn’t easy, but we have been working ever since to become a systems-enabled organization.
Each year, we produce a performance report in an effort to be transparent about our work. This year, we wanted to use the opportunity to pull back the curtain on our four-year journey adopting systems thinking.
Developing and implementing a practice of systems thinking was challenging at times, but it has provided us an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the environments we seek to change and strengthen our capacity to create enduring impact.
