Twisha is Senior Manager of Strategy, Learning & Impact. In this role, she supports teams across HU’s Forced Labor & Human Trafficking portfolio.
Twisha comes to HU with experience at the intersection of business and social good. Her key areas of interest include exploring market-driven approaches to address global challenges and creating equitable and inclusive economies. She has experience using evidence-based approaches to drive sustainable impact for organizations from startup to scale.
Prior to joining HU, Twisha led the end-to-end implementation of the global measurement and evaluation (M&E) system for Samasource and Samaschool’s training and social business models. As a champion of impact, she used both quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic social investments in the business model and helped shape standards for the relatively new Impact Sourcing industry and AI supply chain.
With over 10 years of experience designing program strategy and evaluation frameworks for non-profits, international organizations, and social enterprises, her past experiences include work with the United Nations, Kopernik, and Indicorps.
Twisha holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Rutgers College and a master of public administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). In her free time, Twisha enjoys baking, hiking in the Bay Area, and discovering bean-to-bar chocolate.
