As Senior Director, Organizational Transformation, Sandy drives and manages Humanity United’s change initiatives, including operationalizing the organizational strategy, and supports effective change management practices within teams.
Prior to joining HU, Sandy was a full-time student in the MBA program at the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management. At Anderson, Sandy served as President of Net Impact and Vice President of Finance for the Women’s Business Connection. For her summer internship, Sandy worked in impact investing for the Tides Foundation.
Before business school, Sandy worked for University of California, Berkeley, where she cultivated relationships with and solicited major gifts from high net worth alumni to raise more than $3 million for scholarships and research. Sandy also volunteers extensively for the American Red Cross and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies facilitating leadership development and policymaking processes in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Sandy received her master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
