Rogér Knoren

Manager, Community

As a Manager, Community within HU’s Operations team, Rogér plays a key role in fostering an inclusive and cohesive organizational culture that aligns with HU’s mission and values, and centers belonging in a remote/hybrid environment. He helps build connections across HU, manages the organization’s operating rhythm and leads content design and logistics for in-person and virtual all-staff gatherings.

Prior to joining HU, Rogér was the Organizational Development Specialist at Pachamama Alliance, where he was responsible for team functioning, goal setting and creating processes, and training to strengthen the organization’s distributed leadership model. He drove organizational impact and spearheaded strategic initiatives, in order to nurture inclusive cultures and promote organizational adaptability and effectiveness.

Rogér grew up in the Netherlands and started his creative and professional journey by blending his passions for photography and videography. Before moving to the US, he was the scenic director for international music festivals like TomorrowLand. He has a bachelor’s degree in arts from the Academy of Arts St-Joost, Breda.
