Mia is the Associate Manager, People at Humanity United. In this role, she provides HR subject matter advice, operational support and project management across the full scope of the People team’s activities.
Prior to joining HU, Mia was a Recruiter at Mediacom Communications. Previously, she was the HR Intern at Easterseals Central Illinois, a non-profit dedicated to providing resources for children and young adults with disabilities.
Mia received her bachelor’s degree from Bradley University where she majored in management and leadership with a concentration in human resource management.
