Jennifer Oh

Manager, Grants Management

Jennifer joined Humanity United in 2024. As a Manager, Grants Management, she provides grantmaking operations support, including technical assistance, training, and thought partnership to programmatic colleagues.

For the first half of her career, Jennifer was in the public health sector, managing local and national programs that focused on Asian immigrants and refugees. Then, she pivoted to philanthropy working in various roles before discovering grants management as her special place in the field. Prior to joining HU, Jennifer was a Program Officer at The Coleman Foundation where she oversaw grantmaking and operations within the Health and Rehabilitation program, as well as co-led the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities program. Additionally, before Coleman, she was with Arabella Advisors where she project managed a portfolio of client projects fiscally sponsored at 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations. She led multiple account teams and provided operations services, including grants, contracts, and financial management.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago. She is based in Chicago.
