Christina Sollitto

Associate, Strategy, Learning & Impact

Christina joined Humanity United as a Strategy, Learning and Insight Associate in 2021, providing support for the Strategy Learning & Impact team across their portfolio of work.

Prior to joining HU, Christina was an Evaluation Research Analyst with UN-Women, where she led rigorous data collection and analysis practices to support the evaluation of initiatives to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment. In this role, she contributed to corporate evaluations of UN-Women’s Flagship Programme Initiatives, policy advocacy work, and approach to innovation for gender equality. Prior to joining UN-Women, Christina taught Spanish at the University of Notre Dame while working as a Research and Development Assistant for the Maestro Cares Foundation.

Christina holds master’s degrees in management and Latin American studies and a bachelor’s degree in romance languages from the University of Notre Dame.
