The talent and commitment that our staff members bring to our work help make Humanity United (HU) a more impactful organization. Today, we are pleased to introduce the newest members of our HU family: Jesse Eaves, Kilian Moote, and Devon Ysaguirre.
Jesse Eaves
Director, Policy & Government Relations
Based in our Washington, D.C. office, Jesse is the Director of Policy and Government Relations. In this role, he will work to advance HU’s policy priorities, which include anti-slavery efforts, peacebuilding, and atrocity prevention. Prior to joining HU, Jesse was the Senior Child Protection Policy Advisor for World Vision USA, where he managed an advocacy portfolio focused on child trafficking, child labor, child sexual exploitation, and child soldiers.
Kilian Moote
Project Director, KnowTheChain
An expert on supply chain transparency and legal disclosure, Kilian joins HU as our new KnowTheChain Project Director. Prior to joining HU, he conceptualized and led Free2Work, a risk assessment and evaluation tool focused on promoting transparency in supply chains.
Devon Ysaguirre
Manager, Research & Evaluation
Devon is our new Manager of Research and Evaluation, where she focuses on the monitoring, evaluation, and learning components of HU’s work. She has spent more than a decade implementing policy and programs in international human rights and conflict. Prior to joining HU, she led the efforts to define strategy and impact at a social enterprise, built out their reporting processes, and cofounded a startup creating tech jobs for low-income workers focused on creating impact. She has previously worked for foundations and NGOs leading programs and improving reporting and monitoring processes.
